The other users would just import the XML and have that setting changed.Dwane Lindseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04103724351762050322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4196691008955862684.post-76942819913600103412013-03-07T12:21:07.572-06:002013-03-07T12:21:07.572-06:00Is there a way to do this on a mass scale to multi...Is there a way to do this on a mass scale to multiple usersAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4196691008955862684.post-65147194142473963632011-05-27T15:45:55.053-05:002011-05-27T15:45:55.053-05:00Thanks jaypro. As for your question, when you append a file into an opened NWD, Navisworks wants to make that file a NWF since it now has an appended file to it, since a NWF is what holds the appended files. You could do a "save-as" and re-save it as an NWD, but remember...you lose the ability then to refresh the appended (now binded) file.Dwane Lindseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04103724351762050322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4196691008955862684.post-85680269811416613042011-05-26T19:44:56.516-05:002011-05-26T19:44:56.516-05:00Hi Dwane,

No need to do extra effort to close other apps.
By the way, I also have a question regarding saving the nwd file. A scenario is like this, I have an nwd(with filename already)open but when I append or merge something the file become "Untitled". Do you the reason why?

regards
jayproAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
